The Environ® Skin Care Institute, “FULELA” is home to our Cape Town training centre and is where our clinical trials are conducted and monitored. Ionzyme® DF machine treatments are available here.

"FULELA" is an imposing Cape Dutch residence designed by Sir Herbert Baker. It is situated in the beautiful surroundings of Upper Claremont and Bishops Court in Cape Town, South Africa. Immaculately restored and tastefully maintained, this beautiful house has been opened as the Environ® Skin Care Institute.

The Institute offers treatments utilising the latest technologies developed by Dr. Des Fernandes. Full-time therapists work from the Institute where clients and patients can have their treatments in quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Dr. Fernandes also conducts much of the clinical trials and his research work from here to ensure that Environ® remains at the forefront of effective skin care treatment. In addition, he personally consults and provides treatments from the Institute.
